Dandenong Redlegs Football and Netball Club.

Hello and welcome to the Dandenong Football and Netball Club.

The Dandenong Football Club is a small but proud Australian rules football club with a strong history in the Dandenong area. We compete in the Southern Football League and are currently in division 3.

Dandenong Football Club is a small community based club so our survival relies on support from local businesses and paid up members as well as a large supply of very dedicated volunteers. A lot of changes have happened recently at the club starting with the introduction of a new committee, the re-appointment of Brendan Allen as senior coach and Gary Doggett as reserves coach. Our next goal is to achieve success on the field and now that off the field is taking shape we are hopeful that 2011 and years to come will prove very successful for the Dandenong Football Club.

Many exciting things are planned for our club in 2011. A number of great functions are in the proccess of  being finalised and a calender will be available to view on our website very soon. These functions are a very important and exciting part of our year and hopefully this year we can have a very succesful year on and off the field. Our survival relies on community participation from volunteers on match day and from sponsors of our football club even if it is just coming down to our games and supporting the team.

The netball club is a new initiative that Mandi Brinkmann has put a lot of work into getting off the ground. Starting a new club is very difficult and she has worked tirelessly in a lot of logistics and her time is greatly appreciated.

Please do not hesitate to contact anyone involved in the club if you have any enquiries and feel more then welcome to come down for a look!
